Pockets of the Scottish city of Glasgow were transformed into the US this week, as filming continued for the latest – as yet unnamed – instalment in the Indiana Jones franchise. Body doubles for Harrison Ford, in his role as the archaeologist and adventurer, and co-star Boyd Holbrook performed an apparent chase scene through the city centre, with the former on horseback and the latter on a vintage motorcycle. The chase took place alongside a parade which included a float embossed with the words “Apollo 11”, suggesting part of the film could be set in 1969, the year the famous spaceflight landed humans on the Moon. Starstruck throngs gathered in Glasgow city centre in the hope of seeing one of the film's illustrious performers. With Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Mads Mikkelsen, Thomas Kretschmann, Shaunette Renee Wilson and Toby Jones also among the cast, they had plenty to spot. <br/>
