Lingerie brand La Perla has shown time and again that it’s not one to conform to limits. For its autumn/winter 2015 collection, the label unveiled a rather unique accessory — the pocket belt — a satin or neoprene belt that sits on the hips and features drop pockets, creating a peplum effect.
Now, for spring/summer 2016, La Perla has collaborated with celebrated sunglasses designer Linda Farrow, to create accessories that complement its new season beachwear and loungewear collections. The sunglasses are handmade in Japan, and take glamorous cat-eye shapes. They also feature a tongue-in-cheek nod to lingerie: the temples of the glasses are decorated with a gold motif inspired by lingerie hooks.
Prices range from Dh1,500 — Dh1,750. La Perla is located in Abu Dhabi Mall and The Dubai Mall.
