The Four Points by Sheraton, Bur Dubai, is set to open its first Italian restaurant, Ricetta on December 15.
Guests can expect home-cooked fine dining from chef Alex Sebastianutti in a space that features the authentic ambience of an Italian trattoria with mustard yellow walls, endearing red and white checkered tablecloths and black and white posters featuring scenes from Italy.
Ricetta’s dishes are made with bona fide Italian ingredients to enhance the flavours of home-cooked Italian meals.
Guests can choose from such classics as Gamberi Piccanti or Ossobucco alla Milanese, in addition to numerous vegetarian options.
A number of homemade dishes are also on the menu, including homemade ravioli featuring pumpkin and cheese (Provola Affumicata) or lamb and broccoli (Agnello e Broccoli).
Sebastianutti has been a chef for 13 years, his professional culinary journey includes positions as Chef de Partie and Chef de Cuisine in Italy, Germany, Abu Dhabi and now Dubai.
