Dubai couturier Michael Cinco’s celebrity client list knows no bounds with Kylie Minogue the latest famous lady to don his gowns at the Dubai World Cup last weekend. The pop princess stepped out pre-concert in a lilac paillette dress and a dip-hemmed turquoise number.
