The public is encouraged to volunteer and donate blood as part of the Donate Blood, Save Life campaign running 9am to 2pm on Monday at Zulekha Hospital in Sharjah. It is being held in association with the Sharjah Blood Transfusion and Research Centre and the Ministry of Health. Donors should not be fasting, must be aged 18 to 65, and weigh no less than 55 kilograms.
