Introducing #EatBurnAwe, a new app that offers a “bespoke lifestyle management programme” for gents, according to creator Christian Kachacha, the founder of the lifestyle blog MenInStyle.me.
The app offers monthly programmes on food, fitness, fashion and grooming. Dietary and workout plans were designed by dieticians and professional fitness trainers.
“It will help men achieve their diet and fitness goals, and keep them abreast of the latest fashion trends in an easy-to-use format,” says Kachacha.
